Returns Due to Technical Issues (60-Day Guarantee)
If your jewellery experiences any technical fault, such as:
- Broken clasp or lock
- Damaged chain or links
- Issues with polish or plating quality
- Stone setting defects
You may return the item within 60 days of delivery for a free repair, replacement, or full refund, based on product availability and your preference.
Conditions:
- Item must be returned with the original packaging and invoice.
- Damage must be a result of manufacturing or material defect (not misuse or wear and tear).
- Our quality team will inspect the returned item before approval.
Change of Mind Returns (30-Day Policy)
We understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason other than a defect, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. A full refund is also available upon request.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Custom or engraved pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@lakshjewels.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
- Items returned after the eligible window (60 or 30 days) may not be accepted.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
